Private Fees and Special Medical Examinations

A Fee will be charged for non-NHS medical certificates and certain examinations (e.g. insurance claims, employments medicals, driving licenses, travel insurance forms).

For a comprehensive list of charges please speak to a member of the Reception team.

Please advise Reception staff if you are booking an appointment for a medical examination for any private service as they are not a routine appointment.

School Examinations

The practice does not provide letters in support of an application of special circumstances for examinations. National guidance advocates that as long as the school/college supports the application for special circumstances that this is sufficient evidence.
