Important Notice

The Practice has been informed by the Health & Social Care Board that some patients have been contacted by “bogus callers” claiming to be linked to the Practice in order to sell products or extract financial information including bank details.

If you receive a call of this nature, DO NOT disclose any personal information and contact the surgery immediately.

Think - 3 before GP

GPs and their wider team need time to give patients the best care they possibly can. You can help free up time for those who really need expert advice by considering three alternatives before booking an appointment. Find out more - 3 Before GP

Out of Hours

LAGANDOC, the local out of hours provider, looks after the urgent needs of patients from 6.00 pm to 8.30 am weekdays, and 24 hours at weekends and bank holidays.  Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Repeat Prescriptions

You can order you repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on the 24 hour repeat prescription line (028 9250 1289) or through this website with your login (ask at reception for details).

Temporary patients are those normally residing outside the Practice boundary (6.5 miles) who will be residing within our boundary only from 24 hours to a maximum period up to 3 months.  Temporary patients are only seen for a condition that arises during a person's stay that cannot reasonably be delayed until they return home.  Temporary patients are required to complete documentation and supply photographic ID.

There is no charge for people normally registered within the UK, EU or in certain other countries. For people normally resident in countries outside these areas private GP services are available. Please contact the surgery for further guidance.
